If a Travel Supplier becomes unable to provide the services for which you have paid, your sole recourse may be with that supplier, any insurance you purchased to cover such events, or another responsible party — unless the loss is directly caused by Bookndfly’ actions.

Prices, Currency, and Refunds

Some travel services, once booked and ticketed, may benon-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties imposed by the Travel Supplier. Ticket prices printed on documents (including bulk or “BT” fares) may differ from the amounts collected from you, and Bookndfly is not responsible for such differences. Currency exchange rates fluctuate, and prices shown in local currency on our Site are estimates only — final charges may vary based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.

Additional Terms of Travel Suppliers

By booking through Bookndfly, you agree to comply with all rules, restrictions, and additional terms imposed by the relevant Travel Supplier, including timely payment of amounts due. Some suppliers may require you to present a valid credit card or cash deposit at check-in to cover additional expenses incurred during your trip. These deposits are separate from any payment you make to Bookndfly at the time of booking. Failure to follow a supplier’s terms may result in cancellation of your reservation, denial of service, forfeiture of payments, and/or additional charges to your account.

Advertisements and Third-Party Content

From time to time, our Site may display advertisements or offers for products and services not provided by Bookndfly. We do not endorse, guarantee, or validate these third-party offerings and are not responsible for your dealings with them.

Compassion Exception Policy (CEP)

At Bookndfly.com, we understand that unexpected events can arise, and we aim to support our customers during difficult times. Our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP) allows certain travelers to receive a discount on Bookndfly’ cancellation, refund, or ticket change service fees, as outlined below.

Please note: The CEP applies only to Bookndfly’ service fees. Airline, hotel, or other supplier-imposed penalties, as well as any fare differences, remain the responsibility of the customer. Bookndfly does not control the policies or charges of airlines or other third-party suppliers. To request CEP benefits, you must identify yourself and your eligibility to our customer service agent when calling us at

Eligible Categories & Benefits

At Bookndfly, we value our customers and are committed to supporting travelers who may qualify for additional benefits. The following categories are eligible for special service fee discounts and support options.

Notes

• * Immediate family refers to a spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, or sibling.
• ** Acceptable proof includes a valid military ID, DD Form 214, or other official verification of service.
• These benefits apply only to service fees charged by Bookndfly and do not include airline or third-party supplier fees.
• Discounts must be requested at the time of booking or service request and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Bookndfly reserves the right to verify eligibility and to amend or withdraw these benefits at any time without prior notice.

Definitions & Acceptable Proof

• Immediate Family includes: spouse, domestic partner, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Eligibility applies whether the relationship is biological, adoptive, step, in-law, foster, or through legal guardianship/wardship.


• Proof of Military Service:
• Active Duty: .mil email address, Active Duty ID card, Guard/Reserves ID card, or Common Access Card (CAC).
• Veterans: Military Retiree ID card along with Veterans ID card, Veteran Health ID card, Uniformed Services ID card or a state issued driver’s license marked “VETERAN.”

Bookndfly seeks to provide flexibility and understanding while maintaining fairness for all customers by offering the CEP. We reserve the right to amend or discontinue this policy at our discretion, without prior notice.

Price Match Promise (PMP)

At Bookndfly.com, we want you to feel confident that you’re getting a great deal every time you book with us. That’s why we offer ourPrice Match Promise (“PMP”):

If you find a lower price (including taxes and fees) for the exact same flight itinerary on a major U.S. online travel agency (“OTA”) competitor’s sitewithin twenty-four hours of making your booking with Bookndfly, we’ll either:

• Refund you the difference in price, or
• Cancel your booking with us and issue a full refund— whichever you prefer.

What counts as “the same itinerary”?

To qualify for the PMP, every part of the competing itinerary must match your Bookndfly booking exactly, including:

• Airline(s)
• Flight number(s)
• Travel dates and times
• Number of passengers
• Cabin or seat type

What does “offered and available for booking” mean?

The lower-priced itinerary must be publicly available and bookable on a major OTA competitor’s website at the time you contact us. Our customer service team must be able to verify that the fare is live and available for purchase.

Who qualifies as a “major OTA competitor”?

For purposes of the PMP, this means the U.S.-based, English-language websites of:

• Expedia.com
• Orbitz.com
• Priceline.com
• Travelocity.com

How to make a PMP claim

If you find a qualifying lower fare, email us at support@Bookndfly.com within 24 hours of booking. Include:

• Your Bookndfly booking number
• Full details of the lower priced itinerary (airlines, flight numbers, travel dates, number of passengers, cabin class)
• Proof of the fare, such as the exact URL or clear screenshots

Our team must be able to locate and verify the lower fare based on the information you provide. Claims we cannot reasonably verify, or that are missing required information, may be denied.

Exceptions and Exclusions

The PMP does not apply to:

• Fares offered on membership only or loyalty sites or through corporate, student as well as military or government discounts
• Group, charter, incentive, or meeting/convention rates
• Consolidator, bulk, or “Web Only” fares
• Vacation packages or bundled deals
• “Opaque” tickets (where flight details are hidden until after purchase)
• Tickets purchased through auctions or bidding sites
• Promotional or coupon-based fares not available to the general public
• Pricing errors or misprints

By booking with Bookndfly, you agree to these PMP terms. Bookndfly reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Promise at any time, without prior notice.

Price Drop Assurance – Terms & Conditions

AtBookndfly.com, we want you to feel confident that you’re getting the best value for your trip. Our optionalPrice Drop Assurance (“PDA”)service allows us to monitor your booked flight itinerary for potential savings and share those savings with you in the form of a Bookndfly Travel Credit.

By purchasing Price Drop Assurance, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• How Price Drop Assurance Works

• When you opt in to PDA at the time of booking, you authorize Bookndfly to search for additional savings on theexact itineraryyou purchased (including travel dates, airports, passengers, airlines, and flight numbers) for up to24 hours after your purchase.
• If we find meaningful savings (typically $30 USD or more), you authorize us torebook your ticket(s)for the same itinerary and issue new ticket numbers.
• A portion of the savings will be shared with you as a Bookndfly Travel Credit, which can be applied toward future flight bookings on Bookndfly.com . We will retain the remaining amount as a rebooking fee for providing this service.

• Savings Are Not Guaranteed

Price Drop Assurance is not available for all airlines or itineraries and is not a promise of savings.
If no significant price reduction is found during the 24-hour search period, your original ticket(s) will remain unchanged, and no travel credit will be issued.

• Ticket Rebooking and Confirmation

• If we rebook your ticket, you will receive a new confirmation email with updated ticket numbers.
• We recommend waiting until the 24 hour search period has ended before purchasing any ancillary services (seat assignments, prepaid baggage) directly from the airline.
• You may need to contact the airline to transfer those services to your new ticket number if you purchase airline services before the rebooking is completed. Transferability is subject to the airline’s rules, and Bookndfly cannot guarantee that such requests will be honored.

• Payments and Refunds

• Your bank may place a hold on funds for the original ticket purchase until the rebooking is finalized if you paid for your booking with a debit card. Depending on your bank’s policies, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the funds to become available again.
• Some fares may be eligible for a full refund if canceled within 24 hours of purchase, while others may have different refund rules.
• By opting in to Price Drop Assurance and allowing us to rebook your ticket, you waive your right to a refund (if applicable) on the original ticket once the rebooking process begins. Any eligible refund value will instead be applied toward the cost of the new ticket and our rebooking fee.
• Your rebooked ticket will remain subject to the same airline rules as well as restrictions and refund policies as the original fare.

• Additional Terms

• PDA applies only to Bookndfly’ service and rebooking fee. Airline-imposed policies, penalties, and fare rules remain in effect and are outside Bookndfly’ control.
• Bookndfly reserves the right to amend as well as suspend or discontinue Price Drop Assurance at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing Price Drop Assurance, you confirm that you have read as well as understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

• Time Limit to Bring Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising out of your use of the Site, or your purchase of any product or service through Bookndfly, must be filed within 180 days from the date the claim accrued. Claims filed after this period will be deemed waived.

• Role as an Intermediary

Bookndfly acts solely as an intermediary or agent between you and third-party travel suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental companies, and insurance providers). We are not responsible for, and disclaim any liability related to, the acts, omissions, products, or services of those suppliers.

Special Notice to New Jersey Residents

For customers residing in New Jersey:

Travel Protection Plan Disclaimer

If you choose to purchase a Travel Protection Plan through Bookndfly, you agree to be bound by the Description of Coverageor policy terms provided directly by the applicable travel insurance supplier.

Bookndfly (including its parent company,Bookndfly LLC, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, managers, employees, and agents) acts solely as an intermediary in making such protection plans available and isnot responsible or liablefor:

• The content, terms, or administration of any Travel Protection Plan;
• Any actions, errors, or omissions by the insurance provider; or
• The availability, adequacy, or scope of coverage under such plan.

All questions or claims regarding benefits, coverage, or refunds under a Travel Protection Plan must be directed to the insurance supplier named in your policy documents.

Indemnification

If you have a dispute with any travel product or service supplier—including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators, consolidators, vacation package providers, activity suppliers, traveler assistance services, or insurance providers—you agree to release Bookndfly, Bookndfly LLC, our affiliates, partners, joint ventures, and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise), and expenses of every kind and nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

You further agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all costs, expenses, or losses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred as a result of any claim brought against us by you or on your behalf in violation of this clause, or by any third party arising from such disputes.

Privacy

If we cannot resolve your concern within 60 days, you and Bookndfly (including our parent company, Bookndfly LLC, and our agents or representatives) agree that any dispute as well as claim or controversy arising out of or relating to:

Note: The 180 day limitation doesnotapply to residents of New Jersey where such restrictions are not permitted by law.

Waiver of Trial by Jury and Class as well as Representative or Private Attorney General Actions

You andBookndfly knowingly and voluntarily agree to resolve anyClaims (as defined above) through binding arbitration rather than in court by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

Accordingly,both parties waive the right to a trial by jury.

You and Bookndfly also agree that any dispute between us will be handled only on an individual basis.
This means:

• No class actions
• No mass or consolidated actions
• No representative or private attorney general actions, or any other similar proceedings, whether in arbitration, in court, or in any other forum (including small claims courts).

Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration / Small Claims Court

At Bookndfly (operated by Bookndfly LLC), we aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.

Before starting arbitration or going to small claims court, you agree to give us 60 days to address your issue:

Your claim should include:

• Your full name and address
• The email used for your booking
• A brief summary of the issue
• The resolution you’re seeking
• Your signature (if sending by mail)

During those 60 days, both sides agree to negotiate in good faith. You or we may proceed with arbitration or, where permitted, small claims court if the matter is not resolved.

Arbitration

• Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Bookndfly will be settled by binding arbitration, rather than a court trial.
• Arbitration is conducted under the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) Rules for Administered Arbitration by a single neutral arbitrator appointed by the CPR.
• Hearings will take place in New York City, New York or via secure video conference.
• The arbitration will follow New York law and the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq.).
• The arbitrator may award only the relief allowed by these Terms, on an individual basis.
• The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys fees and costs.

Small Claims Option

Either party may choose to bring an eligible claim in small claims court instead of arbitration, as long as it is filed on anindividual basis.

Class and Representative Actions

The arbitrator may not:

• Consolidate claims of multiple people,
• Preside over class, mass, representative, or private attorney general actions,
• Grant relief for anyone other than the individual party seeking it.

Court Proceedings (Limited)

If an arbitrator decides a claim is not covered by this section, that claim must be filed only in a state or federal court located inNew York County, New York, USA.

If any part of this section (other than the waiver of class/representative actions) is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This entire arbitration clause is void if the waiver of class/representative actions is found unenforceable.

When using Bookndfly (operated by Bookndfly LLC), you agree to use our site and services responsibly and only for their intended purpose.

Legitimate Use Only

• You may use Bookndfly to make genuine travel reservations or purchases for yourself or for someone you are legally authorized to represent.
• Abuse or overuse of our booking tools may result in suspension or termination of your access.

No Unauthorized Commercial Use: You may not use the Bookndfly site for commercial purposes as well as data mining or to resell our services or content without our written consent.

No Automated or Scraping Tools

• Do not use robots, spiders along with scrapers or other automated tools, or any manual process intended to copy, monitor, or access our content without written permission.

• Travel Supplier: Any vendor providing one or more Service Elements (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rental companies). Bookndfly acts only as an intermediary and does not serve as the principal for these Travel Suppliers.
• Booking: Your offer to purchase one or more Service Elements through the Site, which becomes a binding contract with the Travel Supplier once payment is received and accepted.

How a Booking Works

• When a Service Element is displayed on the Site, it is an invitation for you to make an offer.
• Your offer occurs when you click “Book” on the payment page (“Review Trip Details and Book”).
• By doing so, you make an irrevocable offer to purchase the Service Element(s) from the relevant Travel Supplier(s). Bookndfly may accept or reject this offer on behalf of the Travel Supplier.
• The confirmation email you receive from Bookndfly acknowledges receipt of your offer, but does not constitute a contractual acceptance.
• The Booking contract is finalized when payment in full is received and the Travel Supplier confirms availability.

Confirmation and Contract

• A Booking only becomes binding for the Service Elements that are confirmed via email with ticket numbers or reservation numbers (for hotels, cars or activities).
• Booking terms, including price as well as availability and travel dates, are not guaranteed until the Travel Supplier issues the ticket or reservation.
• Once the Booking is complete, cancellations or changes to names as well as destinations or other details are allowed only at Bookndfly and the Travel Supplier’s discretion and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Travel Documentation and Requirements

• Agovernment issued photo IDis required for all travel related activities, including flights, hotels, car rentals and attractions, as required by law or Travel Suppliers.
• For international travel, a passportis required. It is your responsibility to meet all passport as well as visa and health requirements for your destinations and transit countries. Many countries require passports to be valid for a minimum period after arrival.
• Bookndfly is not responsiblefor denied boarding as well as delays or deportation due to non-compliance with passport, visa, or health requirements.

Fees and Additional Charges

• Government entry/exit fees, if applicable, are your responsibility and are in addition to your Booking charges.
• All travelers on a Booking must travel on the same itinerary. Adding or removing passengers is not allowed.
• Bookndfly reserves the right to correct errors in advertised prices. If an error occurs, you may choose to cancel your Booking or pay the corrected amount before departure.

Travel Supplier Obligations

• Each Service Element is provided solely by the relevant Travel Supplier.
• Frequent traveler points or miles may or may not be awarded; Bookndfly hasno responsibilityfor such programs.
• Bookings and tickets cannot be transferred or altered after completion.

Delivery of Service Elements

• Bookings will be fulfilled on the date specified in your ticket confirmation, or on the ticket issuance date if no specific delivery date is provided.
• Airline tickets incorporate the airline’s contract of carriage, which governs limits of liability, claim procedures, reservation reconfirmation, check-in times, refusals to carry, schedule changes, substitutions, rerouting, and other rules. You may request a full copy of the airline contract of carriage at no cost.

Pricing, Taxes/Fees, and Payment

Total Price and Additional Charges

The total price of your Booking includes all applicable taxes and fees for airfare, hotel accommodations, car rentals and activities, unless otherwise noted in your ticket information email or these Terms & Conditions.

Additional charges—such as fuel surcharges, security fees, baggage fees, seat reservations, hotel incidentals or other service fees—may apply and will be charged directly by the relevant Travel Supplier at the time of check in or service. You are solely responsible for these charges, and Bookndfly assumes no liability or responsibility for any such additional costs. For questions regarding additional charges, please contact the Travel Supplier directly.

Prices for Service Elements do not include:

• Liability insurance, collision damage waivers, personal accident insurance, personal effects protection, drop-off charges, fuel, child safety seats, roof racks, or incidental hotel charges (e.g., telephone, movies, energy surcharges, tax increases).
• Additional flight fuel surcharges or other fees imposed by the Travel Supplier or applicable authorities.

You acknowledge that Bookndfly is not responsible for any of the above charges.

Payment Requirements

• Full payment must be made at the time of Booking using a valid credit or debit card. Bookndfly accepts all major cards with a verifiable billing address.
• By booking, you authorize Bookndfly and its authorized third parties to charge your card for the total amount of your Booking.
• If your payment is not processed prior to travel, we may contact you using the communication details you provided. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your Booking without liability. Bookndfly assumes no responsibility for any such cancellations.
• A Booking is only complete once it is confirmed and ticketed. To protect customers, we verify that the billing address and credit/debit card information you provide are accurate. Until verification is complete, fares are subject to change.

Card Verification and Travel Supplier Requirements

• Bookndfly is not responsible for declined transactions due to credit/debit card issues, Travel Supplier requirements, or verification delays.
• Some Travel Suppliers may require the presenting cardholder to be listed on the Booking at check-in for hotels or car rentals to confirm card authorization and cover additional charges.

Offers, Restrictions, and Limitations

All offers, prices, and conditions of sale on the Site may be subject to:

• Change without notice;
• Advance purchase requirements, eligibility restrictions, or seating limitations;
• Travel dates, minimum or maximum stays, holidays, seasons, blackout dates, stopovers, or waitlisting restrictions;
• Reservation validation periods of up to one year (with possible penalties/restrictions for extensions);
• Other conditions or restrictions; and

Warsaw Convention

If your itinerary includes travel through a country other than your departure country, the international Warsaw Convention may apply to your trip. This treaty may limit the liability of airlines for passenger injury, death, or loss/damage to baggage. You acknowledge and agree that Bookndfly is not responsible for any liability arising under the Warsaw Convention.

Advice to International Passengers

If your journey involves travel to a country other than your departure country, or includes any stop in a foreign country, you are advised of the following:

• International Treaties and Carrier Liability: Certain international treaties may govern the liability of carriers regarding passengers’ injury, death or baggage loss/damage. It is your responsibility to understand how these treaties may affect your rights.
• Travel Documents: You are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including passports as well as visas and health related documentation, before travel. Failure to meet entry, transit or exit requirements may result in denied boarding, fines, or deportation.
• Optional Insurance and Assistance: Bookndfly may provide assistance in procuring travel insurance or travel documents, but we do not guarantee such services. You may choose to purchase additional travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen risks.
• No Liability for Misinterpretation: Bookndfly is not responsible for any misunderstanding as well as misinterpretation or failure to review applicable international treaties or regulations. Compliance with all travel requirements is your responsibility.

Our Post-Ticketing Fees

Changes to Flights and Other Services Already Purchased

Changes to Flights and Services

All changes to your itinerary are subject to the rules of the airlines or travel suppliers. If their policies are more restrictive than ours, their rules apply. Many suppliers do not allow date or name changes once a booking is confirmed. FriendzTravel.co.uk cannot guarantee or be responsible for any changes made by the supplier due to your request or schedule adjustments.

Cancellations and Exchanges

Most airline tickets are non refundable. Some airlines may allow customer initiated cancellations, in which case a credit may be issued for future travel on the same airline. Credits usually have an expiration date and may be subject to fare class or availability restrictions.

All cancellations must be madebefore the scheduled departure time of the first flightby contacting our customer service. Using airline credit for a new booking may require payment of fare differences, applicable airline penalties, and any post-ticketing fees. All such changes are governed by the airline’s rules, which are beyond our control.

Multiple Airline Itineraries

If your itinerary includes flights with more than one airline, review each airline’s terms carefully. Each airline sets its own restrictions as well as fees and rules for changes along with cancellations and exchanges. If a schedule change on one airline affects another, you may be responsible for any related costs.

Airlines may also have specific requirements like baggage limits or check in time. When travelling, we advise that you carry a copy of your e ticket confirmation when you are boarding the aircraft, which contains the outbound and return flights.

Cancel and refund

Most airline tickets, hotels, prepaid car rentals, vacation packages, and service fees booked through Bookndfly.com are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Trip protection insurance may be refunded within 10 days of purchase, provided travel has not commenced and you have contacted our customer service center to cancel. Please note thatall cancellations must be made over the phone.

We can accept refund requests only if the following conditions have been met: you have applied for a cancellation and refund with us and the fare rules allow for cancellations and refunds; you are not a “no show” (most no show bookings are ineligible for any supplier waiver for refund processing); and we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process your requested cancellation and refund.

We are unable to provide a specific timeline for when your refund will be processed. All refund requests are handled sequentially. We will send you an email confirming that your request has been received once you have provided our customer service agent with your cancellation request. This acknowledgment does not automatically qualify you for a refund; it simply provides a reference number for your request.

Upon receipt, we will work with the suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies, to obtain waivers according to their rules and notify you of the supplier’s decision. Please note that service fees associated with the original travel reservation or booking arenot refundable, and we are dependent on suppliers for receiving any requested refunds.

Once a refund is approved by the supplier, it may take additional time to appear on your credit card statement. Suppliers typically charge a penalty for refunds, and this entire process can take30–90 daysfrom the time your request is received until the refund is credited. In addition to supplier penalties, Bookndfly may charge a post-ticketing service fee, which is assessed per passenger, per ticket, and only applies if a refund is authorized by the supplier or a waiver has been received and the rules allow it. If the supplier declines the refund, Bookndfly will refund any post-ticketing service fees paid. Please note thatbooking fees for the original reservation are never refundable.

As part of ourCompassion Exception Policy (CEP), Bookndfly offers special considerations and discounts for Military personnel, Bereavement situations, and the Visually Impaired.

ARE CHANGES AND POST-PAYMENT PRICE GUARANTEE

Before your payment is successfully processed and accepted, if there is any change in the price of airfare or other travel services, you will be notified. Upon receiving this notification, you have the right toaccept or declinethe transaction. If you choose to decline, your payment willnot be charged.

Bookndfly guarantees that thetotal final quoted priceof your airline tickets will be honored once your payment has been successfully processed and accepted. This Post Payment Price Guarantee ensures that you will not be affected by any subsequent fluctuations in airfare prices after your payment has been completed.

PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Bookndfly accepts credit and debit cards issued in the U.S., Canada, and several other countries, including AE/AP billing addresses as listed in the billing section. Please note that your payment may be billed in multiple charges that together total the final purchase price. If your credit or debit card, or any other form of payment, cannot be processed or accepted for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours (processing for non-credit/debit card payments may take longer).

Before your payment is successfully processed, any changes in airfare or other travel service prices will be communicated to you. You will have the option toaccept or declinethe updated price. No charges will be applied if you choose to decline. Bookndfly guarantees that thetotal final quoted priceof airline tickets will be honored once your payment has been successfully processed, protecting you from any price fluctuations after payment.

Please note that all hotel, car rental, and tour/activity bookings are only confirmed upon delivery of complete confirmation details to the email address provided with your reservation. In some cases, pre-payment may be required to receive confirmation.

To provide additional protection, certain transactions identified as high-risk by our systems will not be processed until our credit card verification team confirms that it is safe to do so. In these cases, we may contact you or your bank to verify the validity of the transaction before processing.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS

All credit and debit cards used on Bookndfly.com must have a verifiable billing address in the U.S., Canada, or other accepted countries. You can view the full list of accepted countries in the drop-down menu on the checkout page. Please note thatall bookings and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed by the supplier. For hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages, bookings are only confirmed once abooking numberis sent to the email address provided with your reservation.

When you submit your credit or debit card for payment, we may place a temporaryauthorization holdon the funds for the anticipated transaction amount. If we are unable to confirm your booking for any reason, you willnot be charged, and the hold will be released by your card issuer. Until then, funds under the hold may not be available for other purposes. If your card is declined, we will notify you within 72 hours.Submitting your card does not automatically guarantee ticketing, and Bookndfly is not responsible if your card is declined or not approved.

There are several reasons a credit or debit card may not be approved, such as insufficient funds, inability of the airline to confirm the booking, or fare changes prior to ticketing. In cases where the fare has increased, we will provide alternate options, and you maycancel the booking at no cost. Once a booking is ticketed at the originally quoted price, tickets becomenon-refundable and non-cancellable.

Bookndfly uses strict security measures for credit card processing. Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to airport security, airlines, and federal or state law enforcement agencies. You agree to be responsible for all payments made with your card and not to dispute charges once your tickets or other purchased services have been delivered via email confirmation. In the event of a chargeback or dispute where the service was legitimately purchased, you agree toreimburse Bookndfly.

Most phone transactions processed through our Customer Service Department are recorded and may be used as evidence in case of any dispute. Online transactions are authorized once you accept these Terms & Conditions and complete your purchase. Certain transactions may be flagged as high-risk. In such cases, our credit card verification team may contact you or your bank to confirm the validity of the transaction before processing.

CREDIT CARD DECLINES

If your credit card is declined at the time of processing, Bookndfly will attempt to notify you by email within 72 hours. Pleasedo not create a new booking, as we will make another attempt to process your payment within 24 hours. The transaction willnot be completedif your card cannot be processed, and your fare and other booking detailsare not guaranteed.

You have the right tocancel your booking at no costin the event of a fare change, and no service fees will be charged. This ensures that you are not financially impacted if the payment cannot be processed or if fares fluctuate before the booking is confirmed.

SEATS, MEALS, FREQUENT FLYER, AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUESTS

Please note that all seat selections along with meal preferences, frequent flyer information and other special requests submitted through Bookndfly arerequests only. Any service fees charged for making these requests on your behalf arenon refundableand do not guarantee a specific outcome. We cannot guarantee that you will be assigned the seat you requested or that your meal preferences as well as frequent flyer credits or other special requests will be honored by the airline.

It is recommended that youcontact your airline directlyto confirm any special requests prior to your scheduled departure for the best results. You can view the list of airlines and their contact information [here].

BAGGAGE POLICY AND FEES

You will be responsible for paying anyexcess baggage feescharged by the airline if you have excess baggage. Many airlines now charge fees even for thefirst checked bag, so we recommend traveling light to help reduce costs. Depending on size and weight the baggage fees vary by airline and can range from$15 up to $200 or more per checked bag. These fees must be paiddirectly to the airlineat the time of check-in or service usage.

Although Bookndfly attempts to maintain our baggage fees table, we highly advise that you clarify with your airline on the current baggage fees and baggage policies before travelling. We also have a Baggage Fees page that you can visit.

BAGGAGE POLICY ON CONNECTING FLIGHTS

For itineraries involving two or more airlines on connecting flights, youmay need to reclaim your baggageat the connecting airport and check it in again to continue your journey. In these cases, anyexcess baggage feeswill be assessed by each airline individually. Many airlines now charge fees even for thefirst checked bag, so we recommend traveling light to help reduce costs.

AIRLINE OPTIONAL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

Our total liability in connection with these requests is limited to thepurchase cost of the optional services or products. AIRLINES SCHEDULE CHANGES AND FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS

All airlines have their own rules and policies regarding schedule changes, which arebeyond the Bookndfly' control. Flight changes may include updates to flight numbers as well as departure or arrival times along with routing, dates or cancellations. These changes may occur at any time, includinglast minute or while you are in transit. Cancellations can happen due to factors such as peak or low travel seasons as well as airport gate changes, fuel prices, civil unrest, airline bankruptcy or otherforce majeure events. Bookndfly doesnot assume any liabilityfor cancelled flights along with missed connections or schedule changes made by airlines.

Forfull-service carriers, we will work closely with the airline to provide new flight options that are as close as possible to your original schedule. Some changes may require no action on your part, while others may require your response depending on the airline’s notification.

We will notify you via email or other communication channels you have provided if schedule changes occurwithin four hours of your original flight. Refund eligibility depends on airline rules and Department of Transportation regulations. Certain ticket types may remainnon-refundable, even for significant schedule changes.

You must speak directly with the airline counter for assistance if you are already at the airport. Severe weather or other operational issues may limit available options, and it is always recommended to check airline websites and airport updates for the latest information.

Customer Responsibilities:We strongly recommend that you confirm your itinerary with the airline 24 to 72 hours before departure. You should monitor emails for flight updates and respond promptly. Failure to do so may result in missed flights as well as loss of ticket value or limited travel options.

OVERBOOKING OF FLIGHTS

Policies of the airline should be reviewed either directly or by calling the Bookndfly customer service.

UNACCOMPANIED MINOR

Airlines have their own policies and regulations of unaccompanied minors who travel without the supervision of adults, and the age limits might be different for different airlines. One should also verify with the airline on the most recent details regarding the age requirements, the travel restrictions and relevant charges to,o since the policies may vary at any time.

Some airlines might not permit unaccompanied minors to travel alone and some may allow them to travel only in non stop flights. When two or more minors are traveling, passengers less than 18 years are not regarded to be adults.

Some airlines might also charge extra amounts to be paid during check-in. The airline has to be contacted to confirm the regulations and limitations of unaccompanied children traveling alone.

VISA AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

All flights should beconfirmed directly with the airline, as schedules are subject to change. Customers are responsible forfollowing the airline’s rulesfor check-in and other requirements.

In most cases,upgrades and standby optionsare not permitted and are entirelythe responsibility of the respective airlines. Many discounted tickets maynot qualify for frequent flyer mileage accrual.

Requests for seats made in Bookndfly will be sent to the airlines; no guarantee is given on the seating. To ensure you have your seat confirmed immediately or to have any special needs (stretcher services or wheelchair services, etc), you can call the airline.

Bookndfly reserves the right to cancel any travel requests to the destinations that have been banned by the United States government. International airports can demand duty or departure taxes on their passengers, a fee levied by the local authorities, which are not included in the initial ticket price.

HUMAN ERROR

In the event that a Bookndfly agent makes an error during the booking process, we will makereasonable efforts to correct the mistakeat the time it occurs. Bookndfly is committed to providing compensation of up to thetotal service fees collectedfor the affected booking, plus a$50 couponredeemable toward future purchases with Bookndfly within 12 months.

You mustnotify us within 24 hoursof receiving your itinerary to be eligible for compensation. Notifications received after this 24-hour period will not be eligible, and Bookndflycannot be held responsiblefor errors reported beyond this timeframe.

ITINERARY RECONFIRMATION

It is the responsibility of the traveler toreview and reconfirmall details of their booking, including names, dates, flight numbers, airlines, routing, and any airport changes, whether the booking was made online or through a Bookndfly customer service agent. If you notice any discrepancies in your itinerary, you mustcontact Bookndfly customer service immediately, within 4 hoursof completing your booking.

If you fail to notify us by phone within this 4-hour window, Bookndfly will assume that your booking isaccurate and acceptable, and we willnot be liablefor any discrepancies thereafter.

We strongly encourage all travelers toreview and save a copy of their itineraryfor reference.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

The federal law is explicit in prohibiting the carriage of hazardous materials in your baggage or with you on your flight. The offenses may lead to a maximum of five years of imprisonment and fines of 250,000 USD and above (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials are not limited to explosives and also comprise compressed gases, flammable solids and liquids, oxidizers and poisons, corrosives and radioactive substances. Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles and radiopharmaceuticals are some examples.

Early Departures & No Shows

For “Book Now, Pay Later” reservations, your credit card is used to hold the room until check-in. We recommend reconfirming your reservation directly with the hotelwithin 24 hours of arrival. Meal Plans

Hotels may offer different dining options:

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment, Taxes & Fees

The total amount charged to your card includes thebase room cost, estimated taxes, and fees. All car rentals include anon-refundable Bookndfly service fee of up to $40, charged at the time of booking. If you purchase car rental insurance through Bookndfly, the cost will also be billed at booking.

Changes or cancellations to car rentals may incur additional fees from Bookndfly and/or the rental supplier.

You are responsible for the full payment of the rental, including all taxes as well as surcharges and any damage to the vehicle, which will be settled with the supplier at drop-off.

Driver Eligibility & Requirements
